Abstract Submission Guideline
- Abstracts must be written clearly in English, with the deadline date of May 31, 2023 (extension) .
- Authors may further edit and modify submitted abstracts until the submission deadline.
- Authors are required to specify their presentation preference between oral and poster by choosing the appropriate option on the submission system. However, Program Committee have the right to make the final decision on the type of your presentation and conference categories.
- An email confirmation of your abstract submission will be sent during the schedule of notification of abstract acceptance (June 15, 2023). Please ensure that you receive this email confirmation according to the specified schedule. If you do not receive this e-mail confirmation, it means we have not received your abstract.
- Submitting an abstract implies the following agreement from the authors: Publishing of the abstract in the abstract book of IcAUMS 2023, Presenting author’s attendance at IcAUMS 2023.
- Please prepare your abstract in Microsoft Word (2007 or later) according to the template provided, and submit your abstract to our online submission by the given deadline. If you have any trouble during submission, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Presentation Categories
Notification of Acceptance
All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Program Committee according to reviewing procedures. Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail to corresponding authors by June 15, 2023. If you have not received the notification, please send the email to the secretariat (icaums-ims@gmail.com) with your abstract information.
Withdrawal of an Abstract
If you must withdraw an abstract, please contact the secretariat (icaums-ims@gmail.com) in writing as soon as possible.
